At Titans Lab, we want you to stay informed every step of the way. Once your order is placed, you will receive real-time updates from processing to delivery.
🔍 How to Track Your Order
You can track your package in two simple ways:
1. Check Your Email
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

Your tracking number

The carrier used (varies depending on supplier)

A direct link to track your shipment
Make sure to check your inbox, spam, and promotions folder.
2. Track Using Your Tracking Number
If you already have your tracking number, enter it on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or other international carriers).
Because we use a dropshipping model, some orders may be shipped through our supplier’s logistics partners.
📦 Tracking Not Updating?
It’s normal for tracking to take 24–72 hours to update, especially during peak seasons or international transfers.
If your tracking seems delayed:

The package is likely in transit between carrier facilities.

International orders may take longer to show updates.
If there is no movement for more than 5 business days, feel free to contact us.
✈️ Multiple Packages
Your items may arrive in separate packages.
Some products ship from different fulfillment centers depending on availability and stock.
Each package will have its own tracking number.
⏳ Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email?
If you don’t see your tracking email after 48 hours, please contact us:
We’ll resend your tracking information right away.
🚫 Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your order is shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, Titans Lab is not responsible for recovering or replacing the package.
Please double-check all address details before submitting your order.
